Computer restart

When i log in everything works, then i go to create new player. my computer restarts, this has never happen with any other game so im basically going to be blaming PW for this one.
any one know what this is?

    First, make sure you have East Asian Language support installed if you are running XP. Going to Windowed Mode may also provide useful information.

    Can you provide us the following fields from a DXdiag :
    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:
    Approx Total Memory:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Main Driver :
    Version :
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run)

    If that doesnt work, make sure your computer is well cooled.
    Computer crashes/restarts often occur if your pc is overheated.

    Please try uninstalling your device driver, and installing the Catalyst 7.7 drivers. ATi's AGP support has gone downhill since then.
