This usually indicates some sort of connectivity problem. Please make sure that your router or any software or hardware firewalls are not blocking port 29000 access to the game servers.

The ports we're interested in forwarding are 29000 inbound from these addresses to port 29000 on the IP address of your computer. If you're currently using DCHP, you may need to switch to a static IP address.

Inbound port would be 29000. Private port would be 29000 or 29000:{insert your static ip address here}.

You'd want to set your computer to a static IP address : the router can DHCP all it wants. I'd need to know the information from an ipconfig /all.

    ... odd subnet to pick.

Okay, go to Control Panel, Network Connections, right-click Local Area Connection, click Properties. Click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click Properties. Click "use the following IP address". Set your IP address to 192.168.2.60, subnet to 255.255.255.0, and default gateway to 192.168.2.1.

From that point on, your computer will be set to that specific local IP address, until you use the same process to set it to "Obtain an IP address automatically" (which will put you back to where you were before). Set it to "obtain an IP address automatically" if you ever have problems accessing the internet.

You'll want to forward incoming packets on port 29000 to internal port 29000 toward 192.168.2.60.

Can you download nmap and use the command "nmap -p29000 -PN pwigc3.perfectworld.com" within its zenmap GUI? Are you running any particular anti-virus, PeerGuardian, or software firewall?

Warning: Hostname pwigc3.perfectworld.com resolves to 8 IPs. Using 64.74.134.58.

    Interesting ports on 64.74.134.58:
