All Thanks to Cayeon's guide which is suberb. It's a -must- unless you know what you are doing and know the game's secrets. Btw, cleric's best friend is a MP charm or regen MP pots! As well as life powders to regen HP. Use them wisely, no need to continuously use them every 10minutes. They are quite cheap and save you time&mana as well as money if you got HP/MP charms on. Never forget that :)

This post is just a feedback from a Lv. 36 FAC soon at mid levels (Full Attack Cleric). Btw, I always hated Battle Priests in every single games but this is a caster priest DPS type and it's totally different. Melee Casters = sux.and should have no reason to exist while DPS Casters = fun!

Good:

- I can kill monsters my level within 3 shots/5 seconds and monsters lower than 2-3, with 2 cast.
- Got 1100 life with 41% damage mitigation (20 phys.def gems in socketed gear, it was HP gems lower level thought).
- Got Mirage sword (which is almost comparable to Lv.36 Raybender Sword but worse than it's epic version (3star)) so I am outdated at my current level.
- All my caster robe gears got 2 to 3 sockets with Phys.Def gems and the mods priority are as follow: Phys.Def > +HP/VIT > +Magic/M.atk.(I may switch HP/Mag later)
- Not a single point has been put in Vitality. My str is at 22 (lv.36 caster boot req.) for equipment requirements.
- Magic is at 173 (with equipment)
- Charms! Always have M.Atk charms equipped. It can be what decides if the monster dies in 3 or 4 cast. Remove them if you don't need them to 2-3 kill or you know it won't make a speed killing difference to save'em. Quite important!

Bad:

- Revive Lv.1. No one annoyed me for revives so far (including guild members). I won't hide it; it's truly embarrassing when reviving party members as for unknown people, why care, they just wanted a res.
- Can only Ironheart Blessing/regen heal. It's easy vs bosses (stack before and during) but not vs 2+ ennemies (especially with pets losing agro vs casters, hard to see the action sometimes..). Since it needs stacking and it's HoT (heal over time), not all casters classes have decent Defense or life/equipment so it's quite hard to deal with them when they don't control their agro or get agro'ed. Also, because of such high M.ATK, IronHeart healing power is amazing making it godly while leveling with plume shell (1 ironheart heals me for 760'ish.. imagine stacked for 15 seconds with plume shell).
- Spirit points! That is really hard to deal with. Obviously don't get heal or support spells other than the ones which makes *you* kill faster/survive longer.

Not that there"d be much more but there IS MUCH MORE to say but I am not really a forum-person so I decided to write a quickie feedback because of someone.

FAC truly a ''Twink''. It's simply overpoweredly strong and fun It's like an Hybrid who owns in DPS and Healing yet suffer high to moderate penalities because of HP/DEF which can be fixed with equipment. Since I started playing FAC, I have never seen people killing faster than me when I'd quest&grind unless some 10-15+ higher levels were killing my monsters or my elite quest mob (hard to outdamage higher levels). Standing on a spot and killing 10 monsters in 1 min with 2-3 hit each is an overpowered feeling!

Note: FAC is a god with charms but even without it, leveling Ironheart Blessing with a lvl 1 or 2 plume shell and decent equipment (with the useful mods) = you can tank plenty especially elite monsters (they are cake). As for normal monsters, I can often take on 2-3 (depends which monsters but it's mostly the same for all) my level with just 1 Ironheart Blessing so HP charm does not trigger and if I cast Plume Shell, it's a joke because I kill so fast! I played without a charm for days when it ran out and my HP never dropped crazy fast vs 2-3 monsters so I had plenty of time to time ahead. As soon as I casted Plume Shell I was safe. If HP dropped to 1/4, Plume Shell <> Potion > Irontheart Blessing 2-3 times.

I SO don't regret going against the support and healing skills. I played Veno up to 30 and I prefered priest because of how it was much faster killing with spells. Venomancer's spells does not hit stronger than the priest's but you could say the pet's damage somewhat ''makes up for the DPS'' but it does not for killing speed which is the sole reason I prefered Priest. I also played a BM and let me tell you I will never play that class again lol. Barb is out of the question and archer's the only other class I'll play if I make a new alt.

I encourage everyone to make a FAC and endure it until the Trial Weapon which you'll get around level 20. We might get nerfed someday (especially when we are compared to BM's killing speed/DPS (BM, a DPS melee class..? lol) but how fun it's to play overpowered classes in games! This makes me remember Ranger from FFXI or WoW Rogue (beginning) and godly twinked Warlock with tons of +shadow spell dmg items and buffs.

Sounds like you are doing a lot better than I am. Not that I'm doing badly, but it's not been particularly amazing either. How do you get the money needed for all that equipment? I think lack of money is my main problem right now, both for getting equipment and for skills.

I first started playing a BM up to 20 then a venom to 30. I grinded a lot with venom because of how it owned in term of speed killing and I understood quite fast why it's a ''moneymaker'' with it's easy mode. I grinded TONS of beasts to get mystical meats (outside untamed FB19) or rhino claws and whatnot. I sold a crapload of DQ items (I had 2 1/2 stacks of 100 soft furs (and antenna) worth over 70'ish k+ each to NPC). Once you sell all your mirage stones and DQ items, you are in for a long ride.

Btw, mirage stones sell for 25-30k a pop and it's seriously easy to get them. Find ways to make money.. there is tons of ways especially with the AH and world chat. I am a natural money maker in games and always gear my characters to be powerful otherwise I won't play them.

The reason why I got so many DQ items is I always grind some while questing. When my quest area is done, I may grind up to 10-20% if the place is plenty of monsters. If the area is too crowded with people, i'll just continue with another quest and grind where it's quiet with plenty of monsters.

For all my socketed caster gear with stats, most were lucky sales on the auction house (all items auctions-gotten btw). Mirage sword gotten for 225k by a world chatter (I will need to sell it to get myself a 3star Raybender sword as I am seriously tight until more of my stuff sells at the AH). As for the Gems, it only cost 14k per common gem (+20) crafted. Also at 30, you get x3 rank1 2-3 socketed gear already with +HP and +Magic for 10k each. That HELPS A TONS!

Money is really easy to come by in this game but it sinks down extremely fast as well. I always go downnnnnn then uppppppppp then dooooownnnnnn and right now I am down with 5k surviving with the quest rewards until I my stuff sells. Don't forget that you can resell your previously equipped gear. I am glad it's not like WoW's binding way because it makes a massive difference in the wallet in my case when you twink yourself as much as possible.

I am going north of swiftwind tribe to start grinding as Cayeons guide suggested. No cash to do the quests fast with teleporters hehe. Can't wait~ hopefully my stuff sells meanwhile... but I must agree that skills are really getting costly and I am afraid of this in the future. [UPDATE] Not really worth it currently because it takes me 4 cast to kill them but they do give good exp. Still not efficient yet especially with altered monster's status (xlife, xdef, xmagicd sux), lvl difference too big.

Edit: Just for kicks: I was able to solo 2 lvl 53 Wolves at once who kept casting ice/water spell near City of Abomination at 36. I had to keep up 2-3 regen and plume up thought. Doing ~700? per plume and 1.1-1.2k sparked. Once 1 died, I went close to the other one to see how much it'd hit me for and it was doing MUCH lower damage than it's ranged spammable spell. That's with charms thought. I strongly believe I wouldn't have done this without the MP charm but I could have also done it without HP charm by max stacking regen and plume (they were able to bring my life at half 1/4 of the time but would have never been able to bring it all down without charm).

I actually find interesting a full attack cleric, but always wondered how it will work on TW where not dying is actually a fundamental point.
Guess will have to wait to know that, right?
Hope you can clear up things for us!!!

Cayeons already mentionned Priest's can easily 1 or 2 hit kill classes in territory wars/pvp by debuffing and casting tempest (it's a sticky thread in this forum).

Sure priests are low life and lower def than most classes but if you don't know how to survive.. adequately, it's because you need more pvp experience (oh and how I learned that in WoW's BG's). I haven't done TW yet (duel'ed tons) but I know it'll be hard for anyone without high vit and that's why you gotta gear yourself in consequences and be with your guild :). That makes me remember my twinked warlock who had very little life but was so powerful that I was really hard to kill. And I always had 2-3 item sets of stats for all my pvp'ing characters haha.. it was a mess :\.

I'm a lvl 40 Full attack cleric and I'm loving it too! I played a wiz up to lvl 33 before and I like the cleric a lot better! The damage is similar to the wiz but I have heal, plume shell and physical attack on top of that!
I like pking and even at lvl 30-40 (when I dont have wield thunder and chromatic seal yet) I have never failed a pking attempt (and I kill only people around my lvl) and been killed in PVP only once by someone 10+ lvls higher!

Your tears are so tasty and sweet! Let me taste your tears of unfathomable sadness!

I already had plenty of mirage stones because I lvl'ed 3 characters and my friend who stopped at 30'ish gaved me his Celestones to make mirage. Always do the quests and Solo-Cycle quests as much as you can. Create mules etc..

so in other words, they're not easy to get you just got some for free/had some from the hours and hours you spent on other characters.

I already answered the main way.

This thread isn't about money making but about FAC.

Just incase you don't know, I was making fun of you for selling your mirage celestones for 25-30k. Not gonna tell you why though. Can't let everyone know the secret. (Although its so obvious everyone who knows it wonders why the rest of you ppl don't figure it out).

Im a semi full attack cleric, using ironheart and a higher level revive to save my siblings exp when we do our dungeon runs, i kick **** anyway, my attack spells have the highest levels, i have plenty of spare sp due to not wasting sp on certain useless heals like blessing of the purehearted, but i seem to have a problem not mentioned in cayeons guide, he only mentioned the sp part of the equation, now we need cayeons guide to making money as a full attack cleric XD.. i manage to beat robes that are somewhat higher level than me, and clerics that dont know how to even fight as clerics, if i lose, either i was overpowered and lost, or i lagged between spells because my connection isnt currently a direct connection, wifi sucks (depending on what neighborhood your in), but i realize there isnt much 1 vs 1 pvp, so you gotta learn how to mix stuff up, my pk squad currently consists of me a cleric, (almost lvl 48) a blademaster and a venomancer, i was hoping to get a wizard into our pk squad and we will have one pvp squad set, then i can add more people and train them in pvp tactics in the rest of my guild, if i could find time to get it off the ground >_< i could say a lot more but i want to read some more of the forums, and hell no im not gonna make paragraphs now b:angry
    Enough............
