Help please

I just installed the game and everytime It acts like it's opening the game then a couple seconds later it just sends me back to my desktop. I have no idea whats wrong help me please.

    Please do a Verify from the Launcher.

    Can you provide us the following fields from a DXDiag?
    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:
    Approx Total Memory:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Main Driver :
    Version :
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run)

    Ugh... that GPU device is from early 2000, and only provides hardware support for some aspect of DirectX 6.0. Reducing some features, such as Water, Sharpen, and Warp, may be able to get you in game, but realistically I'm doubtful the device will be able to run Perfect World.

    Our ticketing department may be able to help you further.

    Ok thanks I'll just have to hop on my laptop uninstall WoW and play this instead

    I had this problem too actually, i verified and it went through ok, although i did get a few unable to update element data.whatever, but now i get this weird popup window that has a red circle with an x in it and a bunch of gibberish; here are my specs from the dxdiag:
    Name: Nvidia GE force 8500 GT
    Chip Type: GE force 8500GT
    Approx Total Memory: 1509 MB

    Koichi, if you're running Windows XP, please install East Asian Language support.
