Need help with some stats!

I have read a lot of guides latley and a lot of them says something like:

3 str, 2 dex, 1 con

what does the 1 con stand for and how do you use it if you only get 5 points to use?

    You only get 5 points per level.

    Some posts use a 'per 2 level' pattern, where a character can spend 10 points every 2 levels and stat distribution then adds up to those 10 points.

    It's also possible that they made a mistake writing it down.

    Con=Vit i believe, and about the "per 2 level pattern" I'll give you an example: suppose the build is 5 str 3 dex 2 vit (10 points in total) every 2 lvls, that means at lvl 2 you add 5 str and at lvl 3 you add 3 dex 2 vit and so on...
