Class Skill question...

I hope I'm asking this in the right forum but I was wondering if skills are restricted to classes. For exapmle, can a mage learn blademaster skills or vice-versa? I find it funny how all classes can use every weapon if their stats match but can't use skills from other classesb:cry

    Had a bow using veno in my guild lol, didnt last long and found levelling very difficult :0
