OMG Help with Zen plz!!!!

I just bought my Zen online to pick up some stuff in the cash shop.....I clicked the "transfer" button to transfer the zen to my server........Where do I go now to pick up the zen and how do I turn that into gold ?????

    if you already transfered the zen to your server, its already been converted to gold. just go under the cash shop and youll see home much you have.

    if you were logged in when you transfered it in and still are then you might have to relog to make it show your new total
