GUIDE: How to change your "?" portrait to your character

For some people, like myself, I couldn't see the portrait at the top right, even after logging out and in. I had to type in the webbrowser: pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/avatar.php

    should it be showing my actual character? or just a general icon for the class, and a level?

    it doesn't show your actual character. yes, there are general icons based on the class , gender and level of your characters.

    Do you have to be an especific level on the game to get an avatar?

    What if your Avatar is incorrect? Mine says I'm a Blademaster when I'm actually a Venomancer.

    just looked up your info. If shows that you are a Blademaster on Sanctuary.

    What's going on is all of us on Sanctuary are being shown as a Blademaster, even though we had picked our actual class. Earlier today, and yesterday on the forums, I was shown correctly as a veno, but this afternoon it somehow changed. :)

    idk how change my avitar and its frusterating me, cuz i log out then log back in and i still cant, do i have 2 download it?

    I cancelled my Avatar change, because after I select the subtype it tells me I won't be able to change it.

    Is this correct, or just a bad translation? So if I set Yindra as my Avatar, but she turns out to be the most sucky char ever and I decide to make a new one, I'm stuck with the Yindra avatar?
    Yindra --- Lvl 64 Venomancer (Sanctuary)
    Getting too grindy by now :-(

    You can change the avatar to another race/class. I don't think you can change the type you pick for that particular class. For example, if you picked a Bat Veno, can't change it to Fox Veno.

    Oooh now i get it, i tried logging in and out and wondering why it wouldn't work. well. i downloaded the wrong version of the game i think it was the asian one. which would explain why no one will talk to me in english when i tried playing. well anyway im downloading this international version so hopefully after i've made my character i will get an avatar.

    LOL You guys need to get the game, and you make the character on the game. b:laugh

    And the portrait will be available when you make your character.
    And you can only have the profile pic of the class and gender you are.
    The little number you see on the bottom right of everyone's profile pic indicates the character's level.
