Is the pvp arena working?

I'm lvl 32 and even with all my pvp safety unchecked, I still can't get into the arena. This is in the PvE server. I talk to the npc outside the arena, choose "enter the arena", and nothing happens. The gold quest icon on top of the npc dissappears for a few seconds, then it reappears. That's it. I even tried running into the huge light spraying out of the ground. I'm not trying to enter the arena event; I just want to enter the arena to check out the pvp.

    Yes, its functioning. You'd just have to be at a certain level, which is level 40, I believe to participate in the arena.

    Now I'm lvl 42 and still can't get in... uh... is the arena only open for pvp on saturdays at 19:00 server time?... or should it be open all the time?

    At the moment I'm pretty sure the arena is bugged or broken. I haven't found anybody who can access it =/

    I was able to get in, there's a floating gravestone in there. >__>

    ok now i'm lvl 52... there's a lvl 50 quest that explains all of the arenas in Perfect World are closed by the some secret underground group. BUT the 1000 streams elder says at the end of the quest that the real entrance is at Scarlet Altar.... but I went there... and I STILL CAN'T GET IN!! what is this!??!

    i have the same question, and for the person who get in, how did u do it?, also i see this is an old post, did u find your answer yet?

    im pretty sure that person has quit the game by now o_O and as far as i have tried no i couldnt enter
