Zen Purchase not showing up...

Okay, so here is the problem. I attempted to purchase ZEN via google. but realized my email was incorrect so I went and changed it.. Then after checking the site it said canceled. I placed another order with my renewed email... and it is still in processing mode... It took about 10mins the first time. this time it's been about an hour...

Anyone know how to fix this? Or do I just wait until it goes through??

    I personally have never used it (I use paypal which normally goes through at most within an hour) though I would wait a couple hours and if that brings no joy submit a ticket. Though this is the wrong forum for your problem anyway.

    i can log into the website but not into my account where you actually can play. I have contacted GM and they seem very slow to reply, when it would be nice to not being left behind all my current guild members. We have a TW this week and I want access to my account!!!

    1. Why post that in this thread?
    2. Look at the time... the GM's have finished work for the day and are probably sleeping to be fresh in the morning.

    They normally answer quite quick but only in their actual WORKING hours. Wait for the morning.

    I wouldn't say fresh, but awake is a good start.

    Your first transaction through Google Checkout or Paypal may take several hours in a suspended status, as your data is verified with your credit card company. Usually it clears within a day; if you're concerned about your transfer status, please submit a support ticket.
