Help!!!! I Can't Login!!

I can't login and i enter my username and my password correctly. After I pressed enter the elapsed time went to 20 sec then it pooped up
" Cannot login to server". I've wanted to try this game out for a while it won't work I'm desperate...b:shocked
HELP!!!
Help...
If not I will...

    Click on the "Switch" button on the upper right corner of the log in screen and pick a server. Then try logging in again.

    When you tried changing servers is there any "Ping" behind the different servers?

    When i choose a server this is no status bar or ping.

    Same thing happened to me when I don't have the latest version from before. Have you updated the game to its latest version? If not, there's a thread lurking around here regarding the latest version. Also, if none of those help, usually wait for an hour and return to it.

    communicate and send data back and forth to the IP addresses for the PWI game servers
    and patch servers listed below.

    If you are located at a university and are having trouble accessing the internet, contact
    your IT or System Administrators for the school network. Some universities block internet
    traffic and/or restrict it. Ask them to prioritize the traffic for your internet connection and give
    them the IP addresses listed below and port 29000.

    Note: Please read the documentation or help files that accompany your
    antivirus/security/firewall software. You can also research the software
    developers websites that made your software and check to see if they have
    guides and information about how to change the settings in your software.

    I would think you have no access through your ISP try and contact them and ask for them to priorize those links for you.
