items that drop - what to do with them

i have been reordering my warehous because it was full and i realize some items that drop from monsters are not used for anything. e.g. the budha hand - and many more that have not in it's description they are used in crafting. they are not requested in any quest either.
so i ask - what should i do with those items? sell them to NPC shop? there is really no use for them?

    Ya, if it's not used for anything, sell it to the NPC's. At least you can get some coins from them b:victory

    Well, there are some kinds of 'trash items', I will explain just the logic in them;
    at low lvls you will find useless trash, like the Budha Hand you've mentioned, it is a total trash, npc it and so on.
    the next time, like the Animal Fur at low lvls, a Crafting Material ('Mat'), better sell it to ppl at abit higher price than npc via vending, make abit of profit.
    starts from lvl 12+ you will get DQ items (dragon quest), its a great money maker as triple, npcing, doing dragon quests (and selling orders) and ofc, vending them.
    in my personal opinion, doing dragon quests before 8x is useless and it is much better to vend the items, tho if you arent lucky, either sell them at extremly low price at the trade channel\guildies or just npc them as a quick resource for money.
    and last thing, about blue items which you consider to be sellable, throw them in the auction house.

    o yeah, thank you for replies.
    i was wandering if they have some crucial use later on higher levels, but obviously it's just random trash. good, more room in my WH ;)
