FB Party Timer Bug - Solution

Ever been in an FB when you all leave party and you're the unlucky one who doesn't get a timer?

Tonight, this happened twice and we seemed to resolve it by getting one of your party members who DID get the timer to party the one who didn't - seems to solve it, so I thought I'd make this known so that fewer people get stuck in dungeons :).

    could also just teleporting out, that works too. . .or run back to the front, the mobs don't respawn.

    The one who does NOT leave the squad, does not get a timer.

    Just leave first, and you'll get one.

    I find that to be most unfair - the 'just leave first' mentality ;). I quest with friends and people I want to help, I'll never leave first just to avoid the bug =P.

    Sometimes, the town portal spell has been used or the run out takes 5 minutes. This way, everyone gets out fast while keeping town portal intact :D.

    erm sheesh, i can like some brains please...

    The LEADER of the party wont get a timer cos even if hes not in a party its HIS fb. so even if you go outside and walk back in its in the same state. Its not a bug its designed to work like that.

    So the solution to your "bug" is to leave the party and ask somone else to party you, this means that now ur part of that persons FB and you all get kicked out. Note that you can change leader while you are in the party without anyone getting kicked.

    If you're in an FB/TW or any other instanced area, leaving the party you're with will give you a "Leaving Instance in 60 Seconds" message, and once expired, will teleport you to the nearest city/village. It's an easy and quick way to get out of the FB without using the town teleport.

    Must say, that is odd because I have experienced the lack of timer in FBs where I have not been the party leader.

    The solution is partying 'anyone' else, even if it was someone from the FB team; anyway, just trying to help - I never saw anything about this before, thought I would get it out there - it might help someone save 5 minutes here and there :).

    If u where the last to leave the party u where in, leader got tossed around until it eventually ended with you. There is ALWAYS one person that doesnt get the timer. Its kinda like musical chairs :P

    Note you cant just party somone, somone(with a timer, or outside the FB) has to party you.

    As soon as you get a timer, invite the person without one. That'll give them a timer.
