Dualing Against Elves

Well I was suggesting that since elves are able to fly at lvl one and others can't it wouldn't be fair if you were challenged into a dual and accepted it and then they are able to fly and attack you while you can't do anything about it. That's considered cheating so i suggest that they cancel the flying for the elves only for duals and pvp. It should be a fair fight.
