2 lvl 4x Blademasters potentially seeking faction

As title says, I and another blademaster are potentially seeking a faction. We are both 4x in lvl. I have a few questions and cant be bothered to read through all the recruiting threads here. You can post back here or pm me to answer these if you'd like us to consider joining ur faction.

If you had to describe your faction, how would you?
Whats your level range? Average level in guild?
Requirements to join?
Whats considered mandatory for your members in ur guild? (aka any particular rules)
If I want to go solo or just off with the other person joining with me, and do that instead of doing guild orientated outings is that going to cause a problem?
what are your rules on pking/kos?
Do you use a voice chat program? if so, is it manditory?

    nice big active group

    lvl 30-61 atm, average around 40
    Requirements to join?
    lvl 35+ and active, and european
    Whats considered mandatory for your members in ur guild? (aka any particular rules)
    be friendly and helpfull when possible
