Rhino Horns usually drop from turtle-like enemies above level 5 but under level 25. You can find some actual horned turtles in the lakes near every major city. Disguise Skins drop from undead at that range, such as the Emancipated, Skeletal, Ghouls, and similar enemies. Antennas drop from bugs, such as the Kuhu or Beetles. Soft Fur drops from wolves and snakes (don't ask). Elemental Dust drops from elementals (fire and water being the most common) and rarely from some undead. Mystical meats tends to drop from bipedal animals like the Taurocs and bipedal cats.

The best bet is usually to look at Google or other search engines, or use PerfectWorld Database.

At least early on, you'd want the one that works best for you. By the mid-20s, you can start specializing, but it's the powers, not the individual weapons, that will make that choice for you. Most players describe the Axe/Hammer tree as being more generalized, with AoEs and stuns, although the Sword line isn't bad, either.

Axe/Hammer is for AoE and multiple mobs, Sword/Blade is best 1 vs. 1.

To find the rhinodrake tears, go to the area the quest giver told you to. They are between the village your at and the walled fortress. Face the old chief in that village and then go LEFT, whichever direction it is. You will pass a mill, and keep going. You'll find a bunch of taurens/skeletons/and Rhinodrakes.
It takes a big man to cry, but a bigger man to laugh at him.
