Still a little confused about mounts and spurs...

Okay, I researched on the forums and found a bit of information but I'm still a little confused and would love for anyone that knows the answer to respond. I just wanted to clarify things, that's all. ^^

Okay, I'm level 4X and I want the Quick Sika Reindeer as a mount...but I really don't want to wait until level 60 to use it. I've read that you can use spurs to upgrade speed AND also knock down required level. So if I was to use the Galewind Spurs (Is this the right one?) on the mount, it would reduce the required level down to 20, right?

    I have not used those myself, but from their description and from what other players have said, that combination should work.

    yep you are right if you get the spurs and the mount you take it to the pet trainer and choose upgrade first then it will be ok to use at lvl 20. then you hatch the egg and there you go your new mount is ready to use

    Is there a quest u can do to get the spurs? Or is it only a cash item shop.
