Mount Questions

Um i have a couple questions about mounts. im a new player so bare with me lol

1. When and where can you get a mount? How much (on average) do they cost?

2. Is there a specific task to get mounts?

if oyu answer those questions thanks! and for the first question i mean when as in lvl

    flying mount = free. its a quest at lvl30 for non elves.

    Land mount, cheapest is the 10gold ones in CS, you can buy the gold for about 1.1mil coins. You need lvl 50 to use those tho, unless u add spurs.
    You can buy a lvl 20 horse for 2.49mil from pet manager npc, i think thats his name.

    I'm pretty sure the horse you buy from pet manager is for lvl 40. Basically don't get the one from the NPC. The CS ones are better and cheaper.

    You can purchase two horse mounts from vendors in the big cities, but they cost something on the order of 2.4 million gold. You can also exchange Dragon Quest awards for mounts. Also, you can purchase mounts from other players, which may have originated from the Cash Shop, the vendors, or Dragon Quests.

    Hey I'm a lvl 14 and when I hit lvl 20 is there a way to get a mount o.0?
