Error in Spritual Cultivation Quest

I have the Celistial Sprite for the quest but i cannot finish the quest.

The quest people don't have the flag on his head

Why?

    i think it may be the one when u have to die, have some one kill u (stay white)

    You have to find two sprites; the first drops from an enemy, the second is found in a flower. Your quest log should tell you which one you still need to find.

    I have the same quest for elves and thought I was ready for FB19, but have not received a tablet from an NPC. I've killed the carapest terrors, the werewolf archers, and the scorpian kings. I don't remember picking up the sprite that is found near the river bank. I've talked to the elder, the priest, and the tao guys. All of them do not have any quests for me at this time. The quest still says Celestial Sprite and does not say Call of Duty. Now I can't pick up the sprite that is outside and the game wont let me trash the original quest to start over. Anyone one have a suggestion on what I should do at this point? Do I need to go back and kill the carapest terrors (even though I finished the quest for them) until the !@#!@$!@ sprite drops?

    The tablet comes from the elder and she will give you two quest options, one being the call of duty, the other is xenobeast which is the part that gives you the tablet.

    and you have to finish your cultivation quest before you get the fb19, I don't remember the elder showing it untill then.

    Because if you read the quest dialogue when you first get the quest, the Taoist tells you to go get two sprites ;)
