Okay.. So this chi situation I have..

I understand that chi is the yellow metre, but what happens when you don't even have that yellow bar.. And one of the skills I want requires 25 chi, but it wont let me even get the skill.. Im confused o_o

    you just need the required spiritual cultivation.

    To unlock the Chi metre you need to do the first spiritual cultivation quest.
    Following that to fill the chi bar you need to cast spells/attack something.
    When you enter instances (FB, dungeons) or relog or die your chi bar will revert to 0.
