    That crystal is a "Spark".

    U need Spark for certain skills, like Spark Eruption which u should've gotten at lvl 30.

    1 full yellow bar (Chi) = 1 Spark

    Do you get it after you finish a quest such as the Spirit of Cultivation: Aware of Harmony?

    This is my girlfriends character and she said that is about the time it showed up.
    She doesn't know exactly when she got it.

    I guess all she really wanted to know was what it was and what it was for.
    But she is a little confused on how she got it.
    If anyone could clear this up it would be appreciated, Thanks.

    Yeh, it's for spark eruption, I believe you get 3-4 eventually.

    at 89 u get the 3rd one i think.

    and yea one spark = 100 chi(full bar)
