Banker Cheng ?????

Can someone PLEASE tell me where Banker Cheng is and in what town so I can get the 24 slot extension on my safe....I have probably walked past him 1000 times now...LOLOL I can't find him anywhere and have looked in 3 other cities

    At every Starter Town, are allways 2 Banker.
    When you really cant find him, ask the players at chat.

    An another way is pressing the green arrow on the right side below the minimap.
    on the left side will an window popup and you can choose cooridnates you want to be sown at the map, or klick on the npc you search. :)

    if you have already accepted the quest for the inventory stone, simply press at the Quest log on the quest, and it automaticly should show you the next banker or the one where you accepted the quest. but usually you can turn the stone at ANY of the other banker guys
    €dit as much as you want. You cant Change the Truth!

    Try looking for him in The City of Plume, not sure which district, but I think he is there.
