When and where can 2 people of a different race meet up

    When you start out on a particular race, the quests which get you to level 20 are almost unique to your race, so they will keep you wandering around the area you started out in - you will meet fewer people of other races in those areas. It is possible to met anyone at any time and anywhere though just by walking/flying to them :).

    You could technically walk from one city to another, just be really careful.

    But if you were to stay in your own city region... Archosaur, around level 20s is when you first see other races.

    as my main character and 1st character which is currently lvl 13 Venomancer I was able to get to the elven city fairly easy from "City of The Lost" Untamed capital i just Swam in the lakes until i reached but from untamed capital to the human capital it was rather hard because in the water there are lvl 35+ turtles and on land lvl 40+ mobs so you have to rather sneaky around them but once you get there you can teleport to those places and yu can talk to many many people :3

    each of the three races have a quest at lvl 12-13 that involves visiting the other two starting towns (the quest opens a teleport link to each of the other two so you can teleport to them)
    Untamed = Deity Beast Roars

    Required level: 12
    Start NPC: The Elder (246,646)
    Location: City of the Lost

    Winged Elves = Seminar for Skills

    Required LVL: 12
    Start NPC: Blacksmith Yu
    Location: City of the Plume (339,407)

    Human = Chain of quests begining with
    An Informant

    Required LVL: 12
    Start NPC: Elder

    If you have done the quest for your race you should already have all three home cities linked
    Perhaps the greatest secret to getting along with others lies in learning to respect their opinion(s) even while you disagree with them.
