Failed to open package file?

When I double click on the Install logo this message pops up:

Failed to open package file.

Any help is appreciated.

PS: I'm running on windows vista, and the option to run the program as administrator didn't work either.

    u can take a screenb shot of it ?
    just push on the Prt Scr button right of Scroll lock
    thats the only what we can help you
