So... does spark eruption boost blade tempest damage significantly?

    think u cant use spark eruption then hit with tempest....
    spark eruption eating 1 spark, then tempest need 2 to launch....


    ps. not sure how many sparks will high wiz have ;p

    Well you see, you "could" do things like using apothecary items to gain a spark real fast then use the tempest :\

    Pointless to do tho if it doesn't increase the tempest dmg...

    I've often wondered what use spark eruption has for a Wizard. 1 sec damage immunity seems useful in a lag free situation, or if very well timed. But 20 secs of 200% phys damage (or whatever it is) seems rather useless.

    It adds to magic attack, it just doesn't say so in the description.

    Keep in mind there is a gap in possible damage, but as a general rule, a level 1 fury bursted Blade Tempest will deal about +30%.

    Definitely worth bursting every Blade Tempest, especially if it crits.

    No problem. Also, using an apothecary addon is not necessary! Simply make sure you have 2 gems and a full bar, cast Fury Burst, then cast one spell. Doesn't matter what. I usually use Gush (if you get their HP lower, you have a better chance of taking out the rest of it and not giving their heiro a chance to tick...) but if you really want to go for that "oneshot" feeling, simply Frostblade yourself or your target. Either of these skills cast ver yfast and will give you just enough vigor to fill your second gem again - and then you can UNLEASH THE FURY. =p
