    bottom right corner of screen. click the system button. then click exit

    ive had like millions of these dragon quest items ive had so many i have over
    20m coins and ive been wondering where is this dragon quest

    The dragon quest is available from the "Dragon quest director" - who is in your starting area. (The very first place you arrived in game, not the city you walked to very shortly afterwards)

    The first one is at level 21, and it'll send you all around the world.

    (Unlocking the repeatable level21 dragon quest also uses up DQ31 items)

    Dragon quest is a lot less valuable now, since the previously unique mounts are now available in the cash shop. So you might want to think about selling the items to players/NPCs instead.
