closes when i go to start game.....

after i made my character and go to start the game.. the entire thing collapese and i have to log back in.. it doesnt give me an error or anything.. but i can play if i cant reach the gae.... what is the cause of this. and is there anything i can do to fix it.. its been a quite painstaking adventure already to getthis game laoded and now this.. so any suggestions would be wonderful..

    Hello there!

    Please check out the link below and make sure that you meet the system requirements, and that you have the most up to date drivers for your graphics card http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=70202

    In addition, try to make sure that all your graphics settings are set to the lowest before entering the game, and try checking or un-checking the v-sync option.
