+ Physical Attack

Been wondering this for some time and never really asked around but now while planning on my lvl 50 PVP equipment set I decided I'd try to get as official a word as possible.

So we have magic based attacks and physical based attacks my question is:

Does + Physical attack increase the damage out phsyical attacks (Plume shot / Razor feathers / ...) does?

Also does + magic attack increase plume shot and razor feathers.

Pretty much I'm sorta just wondering if + Magic attack covers all of our spells or if they both are buffed by two different effects being + magic attack for our magic based skills and + physical attack for our physical attack skills.

    Only magic attack affects your damage. The skill descriptions say a certain percent of your magic attack as physical damage.
