Question about mounts

Who where and how can you get a ground mount besides the item mall? I have searched the wiki (and google) and can't find anything on it. I have just started the game and am well aware that i get a flying mount at lvl 30. Thanks in advance.

    Only item mall

    farm some cash and buy from a player in game who bought from item mall
