How do you buy from the boutique? Cause it says I can use gold or silver.

    The Boutique is a Cash Shop, you charge that type of gold with real money see https://billing.perfectworld.com/home/how. In general 1 gold = $1.

    You can either "charge" Zen through a credit card and exchange it for gold at an NPC in-game (the auctioneer, I think), or try to buy Gold within the game.
