game freezing

when i try to get on it goes as far as "entering perfect world" then freezes right there also i think i should mention that at the launch screen it says "click start to lanch game" and its this exact spelling.

    give a bit more information about your graphic card.
    did you tried other drivers ?

    i have a brand new dell laptop and it was working perfectly before the new patch was released

    ok, when you start the launcher. there is an option on the left side of the menu.

    Verify.

    it will take some minutes, but then you can be sure that all your data is installed correct. if something is wrong the updater will try to download broken/missing parts.

    if this not help, wait for next update or contact support by email. because you won't get much help from staff here. but i guess they are aware of the problem, because you're not the only one.
    but verify is a good option. that saves you a new install :)

    hm too bad :( ok i guess you have to wait for next patch. but be sure you mail your problem with many details as possible to PWI support. dunno whats its mail is. maybe someone knows :)
