Item Safety in PK?

This is my first time playing Perfect World. When you pk, you have a high probability of dropping items and equipment when you die.

In some other games I've played, such as MU and Conquer, pk is rampant, because players don't drop equipment when they die. If the item is special, high level, or locked in some way, they can't drop.

Is there anything like that in Perfect World?

Items do drop when you have a white->red name. More easily dropped when its red compared to white. Then there are some quest items that are protected from death.

But binding stones can make it so they don't drop. Or if you have a guardian angel, your items won't drop either. Both are from the cash shop however.

Anyone can drop items, but its REALLY rare to drop an item when you have a blue name, a little more likely with a white name, and highly likely with another colored name (pink/red).

Like what was said before, especially if you PK, if you dont want to drop anything, you have to bind your stuff or carry around "guardian angels."

However, if you do happen to bind, remember that you can neither sell it to any NPCs or trade it to anyone. It can not be auctioned or it can not be used for future materials (if you do happen to bind a green weapon from Twilight Temple (Holy Hall)).

Most people don't bind weapons unless they're HH99 because of the rarity and it being debatably the best items in game.

hmm bcause this part of the answer sounds a bit questionable, cos how should blue named players lose items if they even dont be allowed to PK or be PKed, so i also doubt the fact that white names can lose items... so can pls someone else approve that?

White names have a slight chance to drop an inventory item.
Purple names have a slightly bigger chance to drop an inventory item.
Pink and red names can drop equipped items and inventory items.

Fashion and mounts don't drop. Aviations do.... Gold shouldn't drop, but I heard that someone dropped 2M when being PKed. So not sure about gold, might be a bug.
If you wear a guardian angel you won't drop anything.

There is always a minimum 1% chance of losing inventory items as white name. I'm pretty sure it's true for blue too. Keep in mind that being killed by a mob can make you drop stuff too.

use Replacement Doll - buy it in cash shop - need real money, if you are regular pker

it prevents you drop your items, even if you are in red or dark red name.

If you can't afford it, sorry, you can't enjoy the JOY in pking!b:sad

believe me, if you want to pk, use guardian angels
if you dont, you wont be laughing in the end.

just ask bloodlust/ragequit on their losses.

AgentZero is a noob and he's lucky he was my friend. AxeGanG, Vengence, and Conqueror are the ones dying and losing their stuff. Those three can't even round up enough people to face BloodLusT.
