Please do not take this the wrong way, it is not intended to be insulting nor hurtful but you might want to consider in the future finding out how something is used 'before' spending money on buying it.

That said, most items in this game work off of right-clicking on an item (wing widget) while the item affected (flying device) is equipt. The rest work by talking to an NPC (perhaps the one who sells flying devices) with the widget in inventory. That is of course if the item is not intended to be itself equipt.

Not having used the item myself I can only guess and give you ideal to explore.

Disregard almost everything said above, If you have gone to City of a thousand streams already you have gone to the proper place now simply matter of finding proper NPC, did you try using the map assistant? http://www.perfectworld.com/guide/interface/minimap you may need to do some wandering before the proper NPC shows as a choice
Perhaps the greatest secret to getting along with others lies in learning to respect their opinion(s) even while you disagree with them.

But once i bought it i went all the way to 1000 streams no forge no city only 2 post. Then i come here ask for help, right click left click dont work, pet manager dont work.

They need give more detail for item like this in item hall what use for what lvl can use it and how use it.

Now that is a statement I can agree with. The Item's decription truly could use a bit more detail. btw I did look at the description in the item shop. I also looked at the Map for Thousand streams 3 barrier Villages N, E, and S plus the central area that seems to have two dungeun entrances (without going there personally I could not say where the forge might be)

In the central portion of City of Thousand Streams (not far from 2 dungeon entrances) is literally dozens of NPC's standing shoulder to shoulder. After flying all over that area I chanced upon the place you all are looking for.

at Coordinates 117, 854 ^38 are four forges one of them Aerogear Forge is what you seek.
Additional information closest NPC for use in Coordinate Assistant (oddly not all of them show) in the Auctioneer.

Well thanks !! I was about to try some of these and try but wazsnt sure how they worked and now your telling me to upgrade it takes 80 widgets or 40 USD ? Holy cow...have these people lost their mind? I've been watching other threads about the cost involved in this game to see if they decide to make any changes so the hordes of people complaining might stay....but this seems to be a Prime example of abuse of power...80 widgets for 40 bucks and you too can fly 5 percent faster? Not in this lifetime....

Wow, i thought some of the prices were outrageous, but that is just insane!! I should have stayed with MYPW and dealt with the lag.

    Just out of sick curiousity
When you said you spend 5 gold you mean Zen?? I am curious how much zenthey give you for every dollar you spend??
On Second life its called Lindens.. you get 1000 L for 4.09 US
I a really good quality skin will cost you 800 to 1000 so it goes fast.

    $1 USD = 100 Zen = 1 Gold = 100 Silver

Basically, $1 is equal to 1 Gold in the game. (I was so confused at first, too.)
