okay guys be aware people are stealing acounts my was stolen or **** luckily i was only lvl 2 :D

    Uh, did you ever downloaded a file from a random website? It probably has a keylogger in it o_o

    Php exploits... I hope they would provide more security for changing password etc. using the same log in details for both the forum and the game is a bit risky.
    I was going to post a reply... then I realized, you would likely reply in anger and insult me, to which I'd most likely respond with a wittier comment or slay you with a macro and then, onlookers, seeing that comments had been made, would interpret the traffic as interest, thus earning you attention you don't deserve for your **** post. So, when you DON'T see a comment from me, THAT is me saying "FAIL" in a much more effective manner.

    keyloggers dont work when you use the keyboard thing in loggin screen(the one where you have to click the letters) right..?

    ^ In the last mmo I played, keylogging and stolen accounts was a big issue. They also implemented a keyboard interface to click in an additional password. It stopped keyloggers for a very short time. The account stealers simply created keyloggers that take a screen shot each time the mouse is clicked.

    So if you have a keylogger, clicking your password won't neccessarily save you. Depends what kind of keylogger you have.


    If you value any password or account that you access on your computer, don't visit any shady websites or attempt to download hacks. Most likely you're just keylogging yourself. And when in doubt, doesn't hurt to scan your computer.

    seems to be a problem in all mmos, the most often way (and easily preventable way) i've seen if when some ones given PERSONAL information, any thing that can basically give a clue to who u r and details about ur self, its best just to nevar give out personal details, but like crazybel said, try to avoid any sites u don't have any info on, since quite a few sites have drive by malicious software (the moment u enter the site software is put on ur computer), i scan my computer everyday and stick to sites i know alot about, just simply using common sense is the best way to avoid getting ****!!!

    to not give out any info to any people u dont trust
