Solution to foreign error message popup

Hello everyone,

If any of you have got any foreign error message popup like in the picture below, there's now a solution for it.

1. Update your video card to the latest version
2. Download/Install Direct X version 10
3. Download this elementclient file http://rapidshare.com/files/147393532/elementclient.rar.html
4. Extract it and override the old one in your Perfect World International\element folder
5. Relaunch the game and it should work

This happened to a guildmate of mine and he allowed me to remote into his PC to check it out and help him fix it, which I did and he's now back online playing with us again.

    hey i tried this twice and it is still giving me the same error any more help would be nice

    Where to get DirextX 10?
    I try looking for it on google.. but I can't find anything
    Could you tell me where you got it?
    My OS is Windows XP..

    Direct X 10 is for Windows Vista and up ONLY. Windows XP will not go past Direct X 9.0c. There are hacks out there, but you're on your own in regards to that.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Can anyone possibly help me with this problem? I have no idea what im doing.
