Game won't let me play for more than 15 seconds!

The game will appear to play fine for about 15 seconds, when it freezes up and exits out. A message saying Unexpected software error occured, and a report bugs message pops up. I tried re-downloading it 3 times, I updated everything I had, and it won't work at all, If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated...

    where did you download it from.
    are you running it as administraitor.
    try updating windows, your drivers, etc.

    I ran it as admin, and nothing changed, I updated everything I could, and still nothing works, I downloaded from here...

    Did you use the direct download or the bit torrent? on the updater did you click verify? try that and if that doesnt work try virus scanning your computer.

    Not sure how, but it started working, I have no problems now, so thanks anyway, your the only one who even tried to help, so thank you...

    I have that prob too, The screen goes black, I see the cursor, but Then I return to my desktop and it says error

    what exactly did you do...?

    I supose you had the wrong version or the server was offline
