Hot Key Bars Issue

The two sets of Hot Key bars that is expandable to 4 bars per set has a problem. In each case 2 of the 4 hot key bars are duplicates in that when you put a skill in one of them it appears in both of them.

Also I have a problem that the hot key bars somehow get moved in sequence on the Hot bar set. Say you have them labeled Row1, Row2, Row3, Row4 sometimes the Rows themselves swap around. I'm sure it's something I'm doing to cause this to occur but I'm not sure how to move the Rows back in the order they were initially.

The bit with the duplicate hot bars is the most annoying since it removes two sets of normally useful hot bar keys from use.

Is there a fix for this?

    It's not 4 bars it's 3 bars in expanded view and one of those as the "active" bar below it. Once all expanded just hide the duplicate so you don't have to see it by clicking on the circle on that row. I've never had my bars orders get screwed up in the 6 months I've been playing PW on either version of it, so I can't help you with that part unfortunately.

    There's nothing wrong with your hot keys.

    It's not 4 bars for each, it's 3 bars for each. The "duplicate" bar that you are seeing is the currently selected hot key bar.

    So if row 2 is selected, then when you press the number 3, it will use the 3rd skill in row 2.
    For the other bar, if row 3 is selected and you press the F4 key, then it will use the 4th skill in row 3.

    You can press the arrow on the side to flip through the rows, or you can press tab for one bar to toggle through the bars (I think for the other bar you press ` to toggle).
