where do you find the badges for his quest?

    You can achieve them via the Dragon Quest (DQ). That's the only way to get them, as far as I know. At least up to level 60. Get some copper and silver dragon orders, go to dragon Herald. I don't remember exactly, but I think it's 5 copper and 3 silver or something for 1 badge. Multiply by ten and know how many you need for the messenger quest. I hope this helps.
