You should go to west Archosaur, and kill Megalith Rhinodrakes. It may take a while to find 20 hay, but they do drop them.

Those purple rhinodrakes are around lvl20; if your char is a lot lower levelled than that, the turtles in the river around lost city drop them too, but the drop rate is very low.

At lvl 30 you'll have antilope-like things that drop it quite nicely. If you can wait till then, don't waste time on enything else

You can find antelope pup at west side of silverpool (south of Archosaur).

hay can drop of any kind of mob i got them from different mobs but drop rate is sooooo low
