Oracle or Delphi?

What do these mean, and how does one know which one is theirs? I am playing PWI, Heavens Tear Server, and that's all I know...lol. (Other than the fact that I speak English.) Sorry to be such a nub.

Oracle and Delphi are the names of the servers on the Malaysian version of the game. They aren't used for anything here, as far as I know.0

Oh, I see now. Cubizone isn't the place to go to buy Zen. They run the Malaysian version of the game. You buy Zen by going to the 'Charge' page on this site.0
