but i was wondering what level do you have to be to talk in world chat?

    no lvl requirement, you just need to buy the world chat stuff from cash shop

    actually you have to be lvl 5 and have the cah shop item to speak in world chat

    above the text box where you type in the message there are a number of tabs,each one gives a different chat option.
    To speak to all players (world chat) u need to select that option from the tabs above the chat box and also you must have at least 1 acoustic (trumpet) in your inventory.
    These can be bought from either the item mall or off other players.
    On top of that your character level needs to be 5 or higher to use this item.

    I hope this clears up the issue ^^

    Apparantly, you also need to feel the need to flame people on it too. All (most) of what I've seen on world chat is ppl flaming other ppl/factions and stuff like that. :confused:

    well mostly u see FBs/bosses party seekers and yes unfortunatly always some1 flaming
