Glitch or no? Display is Different from Characters

I noticed something strange about the game for the past 2 days, Everyone has black hair and looks Chinese o.o, I'm not sure that everyone looks the same on purpose if so then I'm so not going in that loop.

So to make sure I wasn't going crazy, I talked to a couple of people, some who weren't willing to help but wanted to joke around instead. I told them to click on me, look at my display, then look at my character, and asked them does my character look anything like me display, and they said no, its weird cuz I know people have like blue hair and green hair, when I look at their character they have black hair, some people have make up on, no make up on their character.

Is this a glitch? has this even been addressed? its so small but so major!:eek:

Edit: Also I tried to contact a GM but no response! Whats up with that?
