I already confirmed my paypal email address so this should have gone through already.

    Yeah if you're using your checking account via paypal, it takes a week because PayPal issues an echeck. If you check your PayPal account, it'll saying when the check will clear. I've found if you want the zen immediately using PayPal, you need to use your credit card :(

    I used google check out. I've heard people got it right away with google, so I'm still stumped.

    EXCEPT YOU DID THAT A DAY AGO ALREADY. So tell Jack and Jane in the office that my paypal has already been verified please.

    yea i had 2 refunds after 2 being suspended, then 1 pending which im still waiting for to clear.
    this is ridiculous.

    I am new to this game & am well disappointed that the Zen system does not seem to be working correctly - I used both ways (debit/paypal & Google checkout) and it has been well over 1 hour...I have friends downloading this game right now & when we run into cash shop problems we tend to avoid those games....I like this game overall so I hope this issue gets resolved.

    Here is what I have experienced in a nice color coded chart
    Day1 Day2 Day3 Day4 Day5 Day6 Today

    I ordered once got refunded,
    figured I did something wrong so I reordered,
    it got refunded again so I emailed for help.
    They told me I had to give them PW user name, email and full name.(where was this on the checkout)
    Then they emailed me back saying I did not give them Paypal email and address (the first email never asked for that info)
    Got an email saying that my account was verified and I could order Zen now.
    I ordered Zen and it said "suspended."
    I waited 30min and it still said suspended.
    I waited 5 hours, Still said suspended.
    I email them back telling them to check my order.
    Next day, nothing.
    Still nothing.
    Again nothing so I posted here.

    For a company complaining about how much it is to run a server in the US, they sure don't seem to want our money.

    Emailed them and they said "Sry, it was sitting in Suspended Limbo" and pushed it through. Apperantly they been having trouble with the auto complete. My guild mate got his too.

    i just bought 2000 zen and tranfered it to heaven tear...and now it says -2000 what the hecks going on??? :mad:
