Restore accelerate bar for aerocraft

I just got a lvl 30 aerocraft and I used the accelerete hotkey while flying. I noticed that there is a bar that keeps decreasing. I would like to ask on how do I restore that bar so that I can continue to accelerate while flying. I heard that I need some sort of stone to do it, but I don't know what stone is it and how do I go about doing it...So can anyone help me,thanks :)

    Decompose your weapon or equipment at blackmisth or tailor. You'll get something which can increase the accelerate

    Like the other person said, go to a crafting merchant (tailor, blacksmith, or craftsman depending no what type of equipment you wish to decompose) and choose the decompose option, then drag and drop a piece of equipment with a level that coincides with your crafting level. You receive stones that can be dragged and dropped onto your flying mount/wings in your equipment window.

    Level 1 stones refill the acceleration by 1 second per stone
    Level 2 stones refill the acceleration by 3 seconds per stone
    ...No idea about the higher ups.

    Stones stack up to 1000.
