Graphic issue

Hi, I already searched forums so feel I can ask the question I have.
I just updated my ATI drivers to the latest version in an attemtp to resolve constant client crashes. Before I updated the drivers the game looked fine. After I updated I have two problems and I don't know what settings to change. The first is that the Names above character and npc's is now blocky, kinda blurs together. The names of things were very clear before I updated so I imagine its a setting. This is screeny of the problem.




Secondly if I have sun and moon on I have a halo, well several halo's over my character no matter which angle I look from. I unclicked sun and moon in the in game graphic setting, just curious why I am getting that since I only updated drivers.

Unfortunately the game still crashes..so much for that idea.
