skin colors and rainbow hair

I am not sure if someone has already suggested this (I did try looking) but I was hoping that for the skin colors there could be some better options, like a purer red, some more real blues, and better greens.... overall, it would be really nice if the color options for skin had the same format and myriad of options as those that are given for the eyes and hair.

Also, some of the preset options give a fun rainbow color (though it would be nice if it wasn't just pastel) but when the hairstyle is changed this rainbow option disappear and cannot be done any other way, so I was wondering/hoping that the rainbow could be an option for all hairstyles.
