Time Zone Question

Ok, so don't read the first of this post then say some **** like 'use the search button noob' because I have. I didn't find anything that clearly explained to me what I am wanting to know.

So first off:
1] Sever is located in Cali. So server is on Pacific time, right?
2] Does the game honor Daylight Saving Time? Or does the server stay on standard time at all times?
3] 23:00 server time is of course 11 PM. Is that PST or PDT? or a different time zone completely?

  I believe all times are based EST. I might be wrong though

  Up till now, yes, PWI using PST for time zone.

  From what I've heard, the server is on pst but the events are on EST.. its pretty confusing
