Brand new, have some questions

Hey, I just joined after seeing PW ads on the reviews for some Aeria mmos and found it to be much better. I was mainly attracted by the character customisation, which I have some questions about:

a) I chose a Venomancer with deer antlers. Is there any way to change the colour of the antlers? I'd rather they not be pink.

b) Do only fox-eared characters get tails?

    I haven't seen any way to change those. I was hoping for a smaller fox tail with the type of ears I liked but couldn't figure out a way to combine the two.

    but I'm only lvl 21 at this point.
