aware of discord bug/glitch?

i've gotten to lv 39 and did the cultivation quest, it only said to talk to the celestial one, i did twice as usual with the upgrade quest....and nothing happened, i'm still aware of harmony and i'm almost to lv 40, i've asked around and players say there is no other quest that i should have gotten discord then.

help?

    You need to die to get next part of culti quest :p

    3 options:
    - mobs
    - arena
    - ask someone to PK
