Temporary disabled NPC????

I went to check to see what available quests I have. All it said was ( A temporary disabled NPC might be looking for you ) Doesn't give corrdinates to the npc. Where do I find him or her? So that some of you know what I am talking about I will include a picture.

I have that too... Just disabled NPC for now. I wouldn't worry about it like, right now. It should be fixed in the next patch, or not.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
